Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Our policy is valid for a period of 7 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you would like to return the product for a refund during this period, you may do so provided the conditions below have been met. Please note that if the period of 7 days has lapsed, we can't, unfortunately, offer you a refund. All books are shipped out 1-2 business days after the order is placed with an arrival window of 3-5 business days. You will receive an email with your tracking information as soon as it ships.​Please know that I will do my very best to accommodate any shipping challenges during the busier time of years. If you would like the book sooner, there is a pickup option available, location in Northern Utah.

Refund requirements

The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:

  • The product is defective

  • Product is not as described

  • Product must be unopened and unread (unless defective inside)

  • Product must be unused

In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.

If a refund is in order,  Jennifer will email you return shipping instructions.

Sale and clearance items

Only regularly priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale or clearance items cannot be returned.
